Ex foreign affairs ministers of Canada and Germany hold a public conference at the Université de Montréal

What is the actual cost of international security? The Honourable William Graham, former Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Mr. Joschka Fischer, former German Foreign Minister and Vice Chancellor, will share their experience and provide a unique perspective on international law and human security. The conference is organized by the Université de Montréal Centre de recherche en droit public (CRDP), as part of its 2007-2008 conferences, “Le droit à la sécurité … la sécurité par le droit“:
